My new favorite chocolate is Blanxart Chocolate Negro. Usually I go for something darker than 65%, but this is luscious! It has a silky peanut butter flavor--something that I haven't ever tasted in chocolate before.

My friend James started this company. There will be a storefront opening in Seattle soon. We'll have to go check it out in person, no? -Tim
There's also a chocolate shop in Talkeetna that had a huge variety of choc bars. I got one that was dark chocolate and had cocoa and nutmeg nibs in it - I Also got a chili mango dark choc but haven't dived (dove) in yet. YUM!

I licked, I mean found the wrapper - its Chuao brand: Chinita Nibs: dark chocolate bar with carmalized cocao nibs and nutmeg. I thought it was interesting that there was a sticker on it that said, "May contain traces of gluten." I'm not sure if the store owner put the label on it or if the company did.
